省级移民搬迁信息管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Provincial Immigrants’Relocation Information Management Platform

随着脱贫攻坚工作的深入开展,地理信息服务脱贫攻坚工作的研究和应用日益广泛。结合陕西省移民搬迁工作实际,重点介绍了省级移民搬迁信息管理平台的总体架构和关键技术,探讨了地理信息“数据+技术”服务移民搬迁工作的途径,实现了集搬迁对象全流程管理、项目建设全周期监督、资金流转全过程管理、计划实施全节点控制、辅助决策支持于一体的移民搬迁信息管理平台项目成果,支撑了陕西省移民搬迁工作的过程监督与科学管理,为提高地理信息服务保障能力提供了有益实践。

With the deepening of poverty alleviation work,the research and application of geographical information service in poverty alleviation are increasingly extensive.Based on the reality of migrations’relocation in Shaanxi Province,we focused on the overall structure and key technologies of the provincial immigrants’relocation information management platform,explored the way of geographical information“data+technology”serving immigrants’relocation,and realized the platform achievements,including auxiliary decision support and the whole process management of immigrants,project construction,fund circulation and implementation plans.This platform can support the process supervision and scientific management of immigrants’relocation in Shaanxi Province,and provide useful practices for improving the ability of geographical information service.
