Control, Assessment and Correction of Household Survey Data Accuracy

住户调查数据主要包括由样本信息、调查户记账数据和问卷调查数据构成的基础数据以及市县、省份和国家层面的汇总数据。由于目前能够从官方渠道所获得的住户调查基础数据非常滞后,并且统计部门对于基础数据的用途也有明确要求,因此,文章从理论和实践层面探讨住户调查基础数据、汇总数据的准确性评估与控制,并分别给出修正路径和建议。

Household survey data mainly includes basic data composed of sample information, survey household billing data and questionnaire data, as well as aggregate data at the city, county, province and national levels. In view of the fact that the basic household survey data currently available from official channels are lagging behind, and statistical departments also have definite requirements for the usage of basic data, this paper discusses the accuracy assessment and control of basic household survey data and aggregate data from the theoretical and practical aspects, and gives the correction path and suggestions respectively.
