糖尿病肾脏疾病与肠道菌群的研究进展

Research progress of diabetic kidney disease and intestinal flora

DM是常见内分泌代谢疾病。DKD是DM常见、严重的微血管病变,发病率逐年升高,是DM患者致残、致死的重要原因。肠道菌群失调及其代谢产物可能参与DKD的发生发展。本文对DKD与肠道菌群的研究进展进行综述。

Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a common endocrine and metabolic disease,which has become an increasingly prominent health problem in the world. Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common and serious microvascular diseases of diabetes with the incidence rate increasing year by year. DKD is an important cause of disability and death in DM patients. Numerous studies have shown that intestinal flora imbalance and its metabolites may be involved in the occurrence and development of DKD. This article reviews the related studies of DKD and intestinal flora.
