摘要
在冰浆运输过程中,寻找一种合适的冰浆体积分数和流动速度配比,在满足制冷要求的前提下既可以减少运输成本,又能减小对运输管道的压力。采用差分进化算法筛选优化了冰浆运输过程中的管内流动压降,得到不同冰浆浓度下的最优流动特性。研究结果表明,制冷量为250 kW、冰浓度为19.22%、流速为1.9228 m/s可以满足制冷要求,压降最小,制冷效率最高。
In the process of ice slurry transportation,an appropriate ice concentration and flow speed ratio can be found to reduce the transportation cost and the pressure on the transportation pipeline under the premise of satisfying the refrigeration effect.In this paper,differential evolution algorithm is used to screen and optimize the pressure drop of ice slurry during transportation,and the optimal flow characteristics under different ice slurry concentrations are obtained.The research results show that when the cooling capacity is 250 kW,the ice concentration of 19.22% and the flow rate of 1.9228 m/s can meet the requirements of refrigeration,but also produce a small pressure drop,improve the refrigeration efficiency.
