摘要
制冷系统为高温超导电缆运行提供77 K低温工况,是电缆稳定运行的基本前提。如何使制冷系统运行更加安全、高效、易于维护,是解决超导电缆系统产业化应用的关键问题。研制了一套高温超导电缆制冷系统,设计了系统的预冷及控制方法,搭建了10 m超导电缆制冷系统测试平台,对制冷机直接制冷设计控制方案进行试验验证。测试结果表明,斯特林制冷效率可达到30%。
The refrigeration system provides 77 K low temperature operating conditions for the operation of hightemperature superconducting cables,which is the basic prerequisite for stable cable operation.How to make the refrigeration system run more safely,efficiently,and easily maintained is the key problems in solving the industrial application of superconducting cable systems.In this paper,the refrigeration system installation scheme,pre-cooling design and control method are studied,a 10m superconducting cable refrigeration system test platform is built,and the direct refrigeration design control scheme of the refrigerator is tested and verified.The test results show that the Stirling refrigeration efficiency can reach 30%.
