摘要 根据齿形弹簧的外形特点与性能要求,设计冲压装置实现对齿形弹簧的连续冲裁、模具内落料传输、成形与收集,冲压装置的模具内侧向传输结构完成了带料落料后片材的准确搬运传送、定位与成形。生产实践表明,冲压装置设计合理、可靠,成形的齿形弹簧边缘无毛刺、无接刀痕缺陷,满足零件的使用要求。 According to the shape characteristics and performance requirements of toothed spring,a stamping device was designed to realize the continuous blanking,punching transmission in the die,forming and collecting.The transmission structure of the stamping device in the die finished the accurate moving,positioning and forming of sheet after punching.The production practice showed that the design of stamping device was reasonable and reliable,and the toothed spring had no burr and gear mark,which could meet the use requirements of parts.
