摘要
斜齿轮组件中金属螺杆嵌件较长,批量成型时长度尺寸难以保证,注射成型时嵌件定位困难,且金属螺杆容易弯曲变形,在螺杆下端设置轻载荷弹簧以减小螺杆嵌件的长度误差,避免金属螺杆嵌件出现弯曲变形,同时利用滑块对螺杆嵌件进行强力锁紧以克服在注射阶段熔体对金属螺杆产生的冲击力,避免嵌件向下窜动,使金属螺杆长度尺寸差异对成型斜齿轮组件尺寸精度无影响。
The metal screw insert in helical gear assembly was long,and its length were difficult to control in batch moulding,and the positioning of insert in injection moulding process was difficult,and the metal screw was easy to bend and deform.A light load spring was adopted in the mould at the lower end of the screw to minish the size error of the screw insert and avoid the bending defor⁃mation of metal screw insert.A slider was used to forcefully lock the screw insert to overcome the impact force in the injection stage,which avoided the downward movement of the insert and with⁃out influence of size error of the metal screw on the dimensional accuracy of helical gear assembly.
