摘要
现代管理理念核心是对"人心"这一软性因素进行研究管理,监狱管理也是围绕人的活动和人的行为以及人的关系展开的。因此,对人的重视和发掘是监狱柔性管理深入推进的必经之路。通过对柔性管理的阐述分析,从理论、实践、形式、方法等方面厘清在监狱警察管理中柔性管理和刚性管理的辩证关系,对落实监狱警察柔性管理、构建有效的柔性管理体系、具体的实现方式等方面进行了研究。
The core of modern management concept is to study and manage the soft factor of “people’s heart”.Prison management also focuses on human activities, human behavior and human relations.Therefore, paying attention to and exploring people is the only way to further promote prison flexible management.Through the elaboration and analysis of flexible management, this paper clarifies the dialectical relationship between flexible management and rigid management in prison police management from the aspects of theory, practice, form and method, and discusses and studies the implementation of prison police flexible management, the construction of effective flexible management system and the specific implementation methods.
