习近平法治思想公修课建设的思考

Considerration on over the Construction of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Ideology Public Course

习近平法治思想公修课是高等教育领域贯彻习近平法治思想的迫切需要,是新时代法治国家人才培养的必然要求,是实现法治社会建设的有效路径。从公修课的四种现有模式看,隐性课程模式不符合习近平法治思想公修课建设的目的与要求;核心课程模式符合非法学专业学习需要但容易背离该公修课的初衷;经典解读模式符合法学专业学生的需求,但难以发挥该公修课的育人功能;分组选修制模式契合该公修课的目的与功能。鉴于此,应分组修订该课程的教学方案,分类建设教材,分批次培训师资,分专业丰富教学内容与教学方法,分阶段监控课程质量。

Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Ideology Public Course is an urgent need for the implementation of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law in the field of higher education, an inevitable requirement for the training of talents in the rule of law in the new era as well as an effective way to realize the construction of a rule of law society.From the four existing modes of public courses, the hidden curriculum model does not conform to the purpose and requirement of the construction of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Ideology Public Course.Although the core course meets the needs of non-law majors, it is easy to deviate from the original intention of the public elective course.The classical interpretation mode is suitable for law students, but it is difficult to play the educational function of the public elective course.However the mode of group elective system fits the purpose and function of the public elective course.In view of this, we should revise the teaching plan of the course in groups, construct teaching materials by categories, train teachers by batches, enrich teaching contents and methods by specialties, and monitor the quality of the course by stages.
