连云港渔业文化旅游开发的窘境主要体现在渔业文化旅游开发被遮蔽、渔业文化表征符号匮乏、渔业文化旅游整合度低和文旅开发专门人才匮乏等方面。为了顺应国内旅游业发展总趋势,实现区域旅游业发展目标,不断推进渔业文化旅游开发,连云港需要发掘与整理区域内渔业文化资源,建立以政府为主导的集群式开发机制,创新渔业文化的隐喻场景,精心设计渔业文化的编码与表达,整合力量加强人才培养。

Due to being sheltered,the lack of special signals,low integration and few trained personnel,Lianyungang fishery cultural tourism development is now in difficulty.In order to acclimate the general trend of the domestic tourism development,realize the goal of regional tourism development,push forward the fishery cultural development,and make up for the short slab of the All-region tourism,Lianyungang needs to excavate and reorganize its regional fishery cultural resources,establish government-led cluster development system,create new fishery cultural metaphorical scene,carefully design fishery cultural codes and expressions,and take great efforts to train more specialized personnel.
