当下的中国,推动现代化进程,“三农”依然是全局发展的难题。务必确立重“三农”的政治意识,大局意识,揪住产业这个牛鼻子,实现农村劳动力合理分流,推进以工促城、以城带乡、工农互惠、城乡一体的合理格局形成。“三农”要发展,产业带动是关键。要通过发展乡村工业和产业,带动农民“市民化”、农村“城镇化”、农业“产业化”。要下大力气全面深化农村改革,确立有利于农业农村现代化建设的体制机制。

At present,the problem about agriculture,rural areas and farmers is still the difficulty of overall situation development during the modernization process of China.It s a necessity to establish the political and overall situation consciousness of agriculture,rural area and farmers and to rely on the industry development so as to realize the rational flow of rural labor forces and form proper frame of industry supporting urban areas,the urban areas supporting the rural areas,mutual benefit between industry and agriculture and integration of urban and rural areas.Driving the related industry development is the key to developing the agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Developing rural industry can promote the civilization of farmers,the urbanization of rural areas and the industrialization of agriculture.It is a must to make efforts to deepen the rural reforms in an all-round way and establish systems and mechanisms conducive to the agricultural and rural modernization.
