基于多目标的某铝合金减振器塔优化设计

摘要 多学科设计优化重点在于要充分兼顾不同学科之间的相互耦合作用,通过有效协调不同学科之间的耦合因素的差异来达到整个系统问题的最优化设计。文章基于某车型铝合金减振器塔,通过多学科优化设计的思路,重点论述了铝合金减振器塔多目标(强度、刚度、模态)优化过程,并最终达成了多目标要求。 Multidisciplinary design optimization focuses on giving full consideration to the mutual coupling between different disciplines,and achieving the optimal design of the whole system problem by effectively coordinating the differences of coupling factors between different disciplines.Based on a certain type of aluminum alloy shock absorber tower,this paper focuses on the multi-objective optimization process(strength,stiffness,mode)of aluminum alloy shock absorber tower through multidisciplinary optimization design ideas,and finally achieves the multi-objective requirements.
