当发生换挡意图改变时,为提高驾驶性与换挡响应性,需要及时根据目标挡位变化实时调整控制电流,快速响应换挡。文章从换挡控制原理开始分析,研究某6速液力自动变速器换挡控制方法,根据各个动力降档阶段的控制方法的不同分别进行策略对应。根据实车验证,此方法能够平稳快速响应档位变化。

When the shifting intention changes,in order to improve the drivability and shift responsiveness,it is necessary to adjust the control current in real time according to the change of the target gear and respond to the shift quickly.This article starts with the analysis of the shift control principle,study the shift control method of a 6-speed hydraulic automatic transmissionand carries out strategy correspondence according to the different control methods of each power on down shift stage.According to the actual vehicle verification,this method can smoothly and quickly respond to gear changes.
