摘要
为了确定道路几何参数对双挂汽车列车在弯道行驶时安全车速阈值的影响,选择两个道路几何参数进行研究并建立多维度安全车速阈值数学计算模型。通过Trucksim软件选取双挂汽车列车车型,分别建立道路超高、道路附着系数与安全车速的仿真试验,利用内侧车轮垂直反力和基于侧向加速度的后部放大系数来判断双挂汽车列车是否侧滑或侧翻,采用最小二乘法对数据进行拟合验证,通过交互仿真试验得到交互影响下的数据并拟合出二元多项式回归数学模型,将模型计算出的安全车速与《公路路线设计规范》中设计安全速度相比较,模型计算出来的结果要小于设计速度。结果表明:安全车速阈值随着道路超高的增大逐渐增大,两者近似呈线性关系;当道路附着系数在0.1〜0.5之间时,安全车速阈值随着道路附着系数的增大而增大,当道路附着系数在0.5以后,安全车速阈值趋于平缓,近似达到饱和。对于模型计算出的结果,可以为我国双挂汽车列车上路提供理论依据,以及特定工况下双挂汽车列车的安全车速阈值参考。
In order to determine the influence of road geometrical parameters on the safe speed threshold of dual-trailer trains when driving in a curve,a dual-trailer train model was established by Trucksim software,and two road geometric parameters were selected to establish simulation tests.The rear amplification factor of the lateral acceleration is used to judge whether the twin-trailer train is slipping or rolling over.The least square method is used to fit the data to verify the data and obtain a binary polynomial regression mathematical model.The safe vehicle speed calculated by the model is compared with the design safety Compared with speed.The results show that the safe speed threshold gradually increases with the increase of the road superelevation,which is approximately linear;the safe speed threshold first increases with the increase of the road adhesion coefficient,and then tends to flatten,reaching approximately saturation.The results calculated by the model can provide a theoretical basis for my country's dual-trailer trains on the road,as well as a reference for the safe speed threshold of the dual-trailer trains under specific working conditions.
