光固化成型技术在汽车塑料件制造中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前我国的汽车行业正处于技术与产业变革的关键阶段,朝着智能制造与先进制造方向发展,为新的制造工艺提供了很好的发展契机。在汽车零部件产品的设计过程中,模型的可视化非常重要,这是设计交流和设计改进的基础。与计算机中的平面二维模型和虚拟三维模型相比,光固化成型制造的真实原型能够显示更多的设计细节,更加直观可靠,更有利于研发过程的评审和校核。文章介绍了光固化成型技术的原理,分析了其工艺特点,并以汽车空调进气管的光固化成型制造为例,分析了零件成型过程中工艺参数对零件成型性能的影响,并对工艺参数进行优化,探索了光固化成型技术在汽车塑料件制造中的应用。 The automobile industry of China is at a critical stage of technological and industrial transformation at present,it is developing in the direction of intelligent manufacturing and advanced manufacturing,which provides a good development opportunity for new manufacturing processes.In the design process of auto parts products,the visualization of parts model is very important as it is the basis for design communication and design improvement.Compared with the plane two-dimensional model and virtual three-dimensional model in the computer,the real prototype manufactured by SLA can display more design details,it is more intuitive and reliable,and more conducive to the review and verification of the research and development process.This article introduces the principle of SLA technology,analyzes its process characteristics,and takes the SLA manufacturing of automobile air-conditioning air intake pipes as an example,analyzes the influence of process parameters on the molding performance of parts during the molding process,and analyzes the process parameters optimization,explored the application of SLA technology in the manufacture of automotive plastic parts.
