摘要
燃油系统脱附测试的方法,有替代流量法和压力降法两种。前者测试条件复杂,且需要专用设备和较长的测试时间,在大规模的流水线应用上有诸多制约;后者测试条件简单,设备投入低可广泛应用于流水线生产中。文章研究的是一种可应用于诸多检测场合,低成本、简易有效的测试方法。文章对国五、国六标准进行了严谨的解读,通过国标解读获取最新国六法规及测试要求,同时对压力降法进行研究及行业对比分析,完成燃油脱附的研究。实际应用表明,这种脱附检测系统工作良好,达到了检测要求,在降本增效的同时提升企业竞争力。
There are two methods of fuel system desorption test,namely,alternative flow method and pressure drop method.The former has complex test conditions,requires special equipment and a long test time,and has many constraints in the large-scale pipeline application.The latter can be widely used in pipeline production with simple testing conditions and low equipment input.This paper studies a low-cost,simple and effective test method which can be used in many testing situations.In this paper,the fifth and sixth national standards were rigorously interpreted,and the latest regulations and testing requirements of the sixth National standard were obtained through the interpretation of the national standard.Meanwhile,the pressure drop method was studied and industry comparative analysis was conducted to complete the study of fuel oil desorption.The practical application shows that the desorption detection system works well,meets the detection requirements,and improves the competitiveness of enterprises while reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
