摘要
介绍了电石消耗对聚氯乙烯生产成本的影响,分析梳理了湿式乙炔发生流程,从电石贮存、输送、加料、乙炔发生、冷却、清净处理等各环节对影响电石消耗的因素进行论证,并提出针对性的解决措施。
Introduce the impact of calcium carbide consumption on the production cost of PVC,analyze the wet acetylene generation process,and demonstrate the factors affecting calcium carbide consumption from various links such as calcium carbide storage,transportation,feeding,acetylene generation,cooling,and cleaning treatment,and propose specific points solutions.
