铁皮枫斗颗粒联合莫沙比利治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Tiepi Fengdou Granules combined with mosapride in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨铁皮枫斗颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月-2021年4月平顶山市直机关医院收治的104例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,使用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各52例。对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片,5 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温水冲服铁皮枫斗颗粒,3 g/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组的疗效,比较两组萎缩、肠化生程度和血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素17(G-17)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组萎缩、肠化生程度均显著改善(P<0.05);治疗组的萎缩、肠化生程度的改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清EGF、TGF-β1、MMP-9水平显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清EGF、TGF-β1、MMP-9水平降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平均显著升高(P<0.05),以治疗组PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论铁皮枫斗颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片可提高慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果,减轻萎缩、肠化生程度,能延缓胃纤维化进程,调节胃肠激素的分泌,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiepi Fengdou Granules combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Patients(104 cases) with chronic atrophic gastritis in Pingdingshan Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups using random number table, and each group had 52 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mosapride Citrate Tablets, 5 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tiepi Fengdou Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and the levels of EGF, TGF-β1, MMP-9, PGⅠ, PGⅡ, and G-17 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than 84.62% of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the degree of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05). The improvement of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of EGF, TGF-β1, and MMP-9 in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and the serum levels of EGF, TGF-β1, and MMP-9 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of PGI, PGII, and G-17 in two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the levels of PGI, PGII, and G-17 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tiepi Fengdou granule combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic atrophic gastritis, delay the process of gastric fibrosis,regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, and reduce the degree of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia with good safety.
