极端天气下补充料对空怀母羊体重、瘤胃内环境和血液生化指标的影响

Effects of Supplementation on Weight,Rumen Environment and Blood Bio-Chemical Indexes of Empty-Bearing Ewes under Extreme Weather Conditions

摘要 为检验极端气候条件下补充料对空怀母羊体重、瘤胃内环境和血液生化指标的影响。选取甘肃高山细毛羊空怀母羊18只,随机分成3个处理组(n=6),试验组分别饲喂补充料1(EW)和补充料2(EC),对照组为正常放牧(CON),试验期为15 d,试验初、末测量体重,并在试验末采集血样和瘤胃液进行检测。结果显示:与CON组相比,空怀母羊饲喂EW和EC后,其日增重、瘤胃液总氮、尿素氮、丙酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);而谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶及总胆固醇的含量显著低于CON组;但对瘤胃液蛋白氮、氨态氮、pH、挥发性脂肪酸(除丙酸外)以及血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、三酰甘油、乳酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明:饲喂EW和EC能够促进甘肃高山细毛羊空怀母羊的体重,并对瘤胃内环境和血液生化指标有影响,为甘肃牧区极端气候条件下放牧绵羊补充料提供饲料配方。 To examine the effects of a supplement formula on the weight,rumen environment and blood bio-chemical indexes of empty-bearing ewes under extreme weather conditions.The total of 18 Gansu al⁃pine fine-wool sheep empty-bearing ewes were randomly divided into three treatment groups(n=6).The experimental group was fed with supplement formula 1(EW)and supplement formula 2(EC),respective⁃ly,and the control group was grazing normally(CON),the test period was 15 days,the body weight was measured at the beginning and end of the test,and blood samples and rumen fluid were collected for test⁃ing at the end of the test.The results showed that compared with CON group,the daily gain,urea nitro⁃gen,total rumen nitrogen,and propionic acid content of empty-bearing ewes fed EW and EC were signifi⁃cantly increased(P<0.05);while the contents of aspartate aminotransferase,glutathione transaminase and the total cholesterol were significantly lower than those in CON group;however,it was effective for ru⁃men fluid protein nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,ru⁃men fluid pH,volatile fatty acids(except propion⁃ic acid),and serum total protein,protein nitrogen,urea nitrogen,triglyceride lipids,lactate dehydro⁃genase,and blood sugar levels had no significant effects(P>0.05).Studies have shown that feeding EW and EC could increase the weight of Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep empty-bearing ewes,and had an impact on the rumen environment and blood biochemical indicators,and provide feed formula for grazing sheep under extreme weather condi⁃tions in Gansu pastoral areas.
