摘要 为了合理配置资源,采用改进的IPA方法确定承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架安全性提升的优先级.运用博弈组合、环比评分和三角模糊数对一般IPA方法进行适用性改进,改进后的方法能组合多个评分结果、直接体现评分要素的相对重要性、降低IPA方法的假设前提对现状表现性评分产生的影响;从设计方案、搭建质量和现场管理等三方面识别了15项承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架的安全性影响因素作为IPA方法分析对象的评分要素,通过IPA象限分析得出该脚手架工程多个安全性影响因素获得资源分配优先权的顺序,为工程资源的合理配置提供了科学的参考依据. In order to rationally allocate resources,an improved IPA method is used to determine the priority of the safety improvement of the disk lock steel tube scaffolding.First,the general IPA method is improved by using game theory combination,the ring ratio scoring method and triangle fuzzy numbers.The improved method can combine multiple scoring results,directly reflect the relative importance of scoring elements,and reduce the impact of the assumptions on the IPA method of the current performance score.Then,15 key factors affecting the safety of disk lock steel tube scaffolding are identified from three aspects:plan design,construction quality and on-site management,and the factors are used as the scoring elements of the IPA method analysis object.Finally,through an IPA quadrant analysis,the order of priority of resource allocation for multiple safety factors of scaffold ing engineering is obtained,which provides scientific reference for rational allocation of engineering resources.
