摘要
针对目前建筑楼梯的施工现状,本文提出一种领先安装且全过程无需支顶的楼梯技术。本技术在遵循楼梯建筑功能和结构安全的前提下,通过二次设计,将传统楼梯的结构和部件转换成装配式楼梯结构体系;楼梯各构件经深化设计后,由工厂预制生产并运输至施工现场安装;同楼层竖向结构施工之前,需先行安装楼梯各部件,快速形成完整、稳固的楼梯结构体,获得可供通行的上下通道。此楼梯技术全过程无须支顶,不仅能使紧急疏散通道随时保持畅通,还降低了现场劳动强度,能有效加快工程施工速度。
A support and formwork free pre-installing staircase technique is proposed to improve the construction efficiency of current staircases,and this technique satisfies the architecture function and the construction safety.By the second design of traditional staircases,the related stair components were transformed into assembly-type staircase structures.The individual components of the staircase are prefabricated by the factory after the in-depth design,and then transported to the construction site for installation.In a same floor,before the construction of the vertical structure,the components of the staircase are installed first.After that,a complete and stable staircase structure is quickly formed,which can be directly used during the construction.The whole process of this technique avoids of using any support and formwork,so it means the passageway is always clear.Besides,the labor intensity is also reduced and the construction speed of the project could be accelerated.
