摘要
制备了W-Ni/SiO_(2)催化剂,代替了易挥发、易水解、难分离、强腐蚀性和污染严重的传统AlCl_(3)催化剂来生产聚烯烃润滑油基础油。对样品进行蒸馏截取300℃以上获得的重油即为得到的润滑油基础油。使用正交实验法,采用C_(5)-C_(12)烯烃制取优质润滑油基础油,聚合后分析不同温度和压力等对聚合润滑油基础油产率的影响,并着重分析了合成油的运动黏度、凝点、闪点、溴价及产率,找到最佳生产工艺条件。分析实验结果可知,聚合反应的最佳条件为:聚合压力2.5 MPa,聚合温度180℃,聚合反应时间5 h,催化剂质量分数负载量为0.8%。最终合成油品40℃时的运动黏度为29.73 mm^(2)·s^(-1),闪点为79.14℃,凝点为-58.30℃,溴价为5.78%,收率为74.41%。
W-Ni/SiO_(2)catalysts were prepared to replace the conventional AlCl_(3)catalysts to produce polyolefin lubricant base oils.The heavy oil obtained by distillation interception of the sample above 300℃is the lube oil base oil.Using orthogonal experiments,C_(5)-C_(12)olefins were used to produce high quality lubricant base oils.After polymerization,the effects of different temperatures and pressures on the yield of polymerized lubricant base oils were analyzed,and the kinematic viscosity,freezing point,flash point,bromine valence and yield of synthetic oils were focused on to find the optimal production process conditions.The results showed that the polymerization pressure was2.5 MPa,the polymerization temperature was 180℃,the polymerization reaction time was 5 h,and the catalyst mass fraction loading was 0.8%as the best conditions for the polymerization reaction,and the kinematic viscosity of the final synthetic oil at 40℃was 29.73 mm^(2)·s^(-1),the flash point was 79.14℃,the freezing point was-58.30℃,the bromine price was 5.78%,and the yield was 74.41%.
