摘要
用响应曲面法研究了制备正渗透膜的不同原材料配比对正渗透膜性能的影响,回归模型分析表明聚砜、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基吡咯烷酮、间苯二胺、均苯三甲酰氯5种影响因子对正渗透膜的渗透性能均有显著影响(P<0.05);优化配方为聚砜12.1 g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4 g、甲基吡咯烷酮70 g、间苯二胺质量分数为2%、均苯三甲酰氯质量分数为0.13%。用此配方制备的正渗透膜的水通量为7.58 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)、反向溶质通量为5.85 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1)、特殊反向溶质通量为0.77 g·L^(-1);模型的模拟预测值与实验测试值基本吻合。
The response surface methodology was used to study the effects of different raw material ratios on the performance of forward osmosis membrane.Regression model analysis showed that polysulfone,polyvinylpyrrolidone,methylpyrrolidone,m-phenylenediamine and trimethyl chloride had significant effects on the permeability of forward osmosis membrane (P<0.05);The optimized formula was as follows:polysulfone 12.1 g,polyvinylpyrrolidone 4 g,methylpyrrolidone 70 g,m-phenylenediamine mass fraction 2%,trimethyl chloride mass fraction 0.13%.The results showed that the water flux of forward osmosis membrane was 7.58 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1),the reverse solute flux was 5.85 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and the specific reverse solute flux was 0.77 g·L^(-1);The predicted values of the model were basically consistent with the experimental values.
