摘要 针对长距离输油管道运输过程中管道压力随油品批次不同移动变化大,提出了基于模糊PID算法的管道压力控制策略,并结合管道监控要求,阐述了SCADA系统的组成、软件功能、监测和控制的基本原理,设计了压力控制SCADA系统,有效应对了输油管道压力控制的不确定性、时变性、迟滞性等问题。系统将输油管道压力作为主控参数,通过实验取得了良好的控制效果,提高了系统对管道压力控制的精确性和稳定性。 In view of the large changes in pipeline pressure with different batches of oil products during the transportation of long-distance oil pipelines, a pipeline pressure control strategy based on fuzzy PID algorithm was proposed, combined with the requirements of pipeline monitoring, the composition, software functions, basic principles of monitoring and control of SCADA system were described, and the pressure control SCADA system was designed. It can effectively deal with the uncertainty, time-varying, hysteresis and other problems of oil pipeline pressure control. The system takes the oil pipeline pressure as the main control parameter, and has achieved good control effects through experiments, which improves the accuracy and stability of the system’s pipeline pressure control.
