摘要
一、病例介绍1.病史摘要一般情况:患者男性,年龄69岁,因"冠心病,活动后胸痛伴胸闷"于本院心内科住院治疗。住院期间无明显诱因左下腹胀痛,便后缓解,肠镜检查示:乙状结肠癌?患者为进一步诊疗,因"大便习惯改变半年,腹泻、便秘交替""结肠恶性肿瘤"转至本院普外科。拟全身麻醉下行腹腔镜结肠部分切除术。
