质子泵抑制剂在临床使用中的应用分析

目的探究质子泵抑制剂(Proton pump inhibitor,PPI)在临床使用中的应用分析,方法收集我院200份住院患者病历,病例选取原则采用临床PPI的应用原则,病例选取时间为2020年1月-2020年12月。其中2020年1月-6月无临床药师直接干预为A组,100份处方。2020年7月-12月有临床药师干预为B组,100份处方,结果①在A组中100例住院患者的病历中,非合理病历32例,占32.00%,其不合理用药的主要因素包括:疗程长、不宜用药、大剂量、不适当溶剂应用、无预防指征的用药、给药途径不适宜等。最常见的因素是疗程长和无指征用药,占10.00%和13.00%。②在临床药师干预后r B组其注射用奥美拉哇钠应用比例提高。③A、B组间比较住院患者年龄、平均住院日、治愈率,差异不显著,P>0.05;B组PPI合理使用率高于A组,P<0.05,结论临床药师干预可以有效的提高PPI在临床合理使用率,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the applieation of Proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in clinieal Proton-pump inhibitor.Methods 200 medical records of inpatients in our hosgital were collectod.Case selection prineiple adopts clinieal PPI applieation principle.The casea were ineluded from January 2020 to December 2020.Fromn Jannry to June 2020,there were 100 presceriptions in group a without diretintervention of elinical pharmacists,From July to Decsember 2020,elinical pharmacists intervened for Group B,100 prescriptions.Results of the 100 inpatients in Group A,32(32.00%)had unreasonable medical records.The main factos of irrational drug use inelude longcourse of treatment,ansuitable drug use,lage dsr,imaproper solvent use,drug use without preventive indication and unsuitable way of administration.The most cornmon factors were the curation of treatment and the use of drugs without indication(10.00% and 8.00%).②The proportion of Omeprazole sodiurm for injection uas increased in Group B alner intervention by elinieal pharmacist.③The ags,average length of stay and cure rate of inpatients in Group A and Croup B were no significant difference(P>0.05).The rational use rate of PPI ingroup B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinieal Pharmascists intervention can effoctively improve the rate ofrational tuse of PPI in clinical practice and can be widely used in clinical practice.
