微波结合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴高危型HPV感染患者临床观察

Clinical observation of microwave combined with Baofukang suppositoryin the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection

目的探讨微波结合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴高危型HPV感染的临床疗效.方法将100例于2018年3月-2021年2月期间被我院收治的慢性宫颈炎伴高危型HPV感染患者纳入研究,并以等量电脑随机法均分成AB两组。均在两组患者月经周期结束3-7d内展开微波治疗,B组添加保妇康栓治疗,并对比临床疗效.结果治疗后A组盆腔下坠、阴道出血、白带异常及下腹疼痛等临床症状缓解时间分别为(7.32±1.34)d、(11.84±1.97)d.(13.34±1.79)d、(15.27±1.54)d,B组分别为(5.21±0.87)d、(9.38±1.41)d、(10.71±1.28)d.(12.04±0.97)d,B组较A组时间更短;A组临床疗效及HPV转阴率分别为82.00%与76.00%,B组分别为96.00%与92.00%,B组较A组更高;以上数据对比均有统计学意义(F<0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎伴高危型HPV感染患者展开微波结合保妇康栓治疗,可提升临床治疗效果,并加快临床症状消失与缓总同时提升HPV转阴率,有利于患者预后质量的提升,值得被推广应用。

0bjective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microwave combinet with Baofukang suprository in the tratment of chronie cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection.Methods 100 patients with chronic verviciis and high-risk HPV infection who were awlmittedto our hospital from March 2018 to Fehruary 202l were enrolled in the sturl.and were dividerl into two groups AB by equal compuler randomizatiom.Microwave therapy was started within.3-7 dlays after the menstrual cyele of the two groups of patients.and the treatment of Baofukang suppository was aded to group B,and the clinical efficaey was compared.Results After treatment.the linical symptoms of group A,such as puelvic dlrop.vaginal bleetling.ahnormal vaginal discharge and lower abwlominal pain,were relieved by(7.32±1.34)d.(11.84±1.97)d.(13.34±1.79)L.(15.27±1.54)d.Group B was(5.21±0.87)d.(9.38±1.41)d.(10.71±1.28)d.(12.04±0.97)d.group B was shorter than group A;the elinical efficay and HPV conversion rale of group A.They were 82.00% and 76.00%.respevtively.groupB wer 96.00% and 92.00%.group B was higher than group A:the comparison of the abwve data was staistically significant(P<0.05)Conc lusion Microwave eomhined with Baofukang suppository therapy for patients with chronic cervicitis and high-risk HPV inletioncan improve the clinical tratment effect,speed up the disappearance and relief of clinical symptoms.and increase the rate of HPV conversion.which is breneficial to the improvement of the quality of the prognosis of patients.Be promoterl and appliedl.
