复方丹参滴丸联合抗凝治疗对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后心功能及miR-1表达的影响

Effect of Compound Danshen dripping pills combined withanticoagulant therapy on cardiac function and miR-1 expression in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合抗凝治疗对急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后心功能及血清微小RNA-1(miR-1)表达的影响.方法选择2018年6月-2020年6月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。两组均行PCI治疗,术后对照组使用阿司匹林,基于此,观察组加用复方丹参滴丸。比较两组心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVEDV),左心室收缩末容积(LVESV)]、血清微小RNA-1(miR-1)表达,并观察药物安全性。结果观察组LVEF(57.08±5.13)%高于对照组(51.39±4.02)%,LVEDV(213.58±21.72)mL、LVESV(166.37±19.07)mL,均低于对照组(228.64±29.46)mL、(182.18±25.51)mL,miR-1表达(0.64±0.12)2^(-ΔΔCt),低于对照组(0.92±0.17)2^(-ΔΔCt),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物安全性均较高.结论急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后使用复方丹参滴丸联合抗凝治疗效果较好,利于改善患者心功能,降低miR-1表达,且安全性较高.

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with anticoagulant therapy on cardiac function and serum microRNA-1(miR-1)expression in patients with acute myocardial infarction after coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with PCI,and the control group was treated with aspirin after operation.Based on this,the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills.The cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)]and the expression of serum microRNA-1(miR-1)were compared between the two groups,and the drug safety was observed.Result LVEF(57.08±5.13)%,LVEDV(213.58±21.72)ml,LVESV(166.37±19.07)ml in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(228.64±29.46)ml,(182.18±25.51)ml,miR-1 expression(0.64±0.12)2^(-ΔΔCt),lower than that in the control group(0.92±0.17)2^(-ΔΔCt),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the drug safety of the two groups were higher.Conc I us ion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with anticoagulant therapy is effective in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,which is conducive to improving cardiac function and reducing the expression of miR-1,with high safety.
