补阳还五汤联合阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者疗效、神经功能恢复及血清因子水平的影响

Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with alteplase on curative effect,neurological function recovery and serum factor level in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的分析补阳还五汤联合阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者疗效、神经功能恢复及血清因子水平的影响.方法选取我院2019年8月-2021年2月接收的138例急性脑梗死患者应用随机数字表法分为两组,给予对照组(69例)阿替普酶治疗,研究组(69例)实施补阳还五汤与阿替普酶联合治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、神经功能、生活质量、中医证候积分及血清因子水平情况.结果研究组总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(84.06%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动(ADL)评分、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组NIHSS评分、中医证候积分低于治疗前,ADL评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0,05),且研究组NIHSS评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组NSE、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且研究组NSE、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论补阳还五汤与阿替普酶联合治疗急性脑梗死可有效提升患者临床疗效,改善其神经功能,提升患者生活质量,并可降低血清炎症因子水平.

Objective To analyze the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combinet with alteplase on the curative effect,neurological function recovery and serum factor level in patients with acute cerebral infaretion.Methods 138 paticnts wih acute cerebral infarction received in our hospital fromAugust 2019 to February 202l were randomly divided inlo two groups.The control group(69 cases)was treated with alteplas,anmd the sturly group(69 cases)was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decwtion+alteplase.The treatment efficiency.nerurological funmetion,quality of life.TCM symptorms andl serum factor levels were observed.Results The total effective rate of the studygroup(95.65%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.06%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NlHSsscore,ADL score and TCM symplom score between the two groups belfore tratment(P>0.05).After tralment,NHSS score and TCM symplom score of the two groups were lower than those belfore trealment,ADL score was higher than that lefore treatment,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symplom score was lower than that in the control group.and the ADL sore was higher thanthat in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatmen,nwuron specific enolase(NSE),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.015).The levels of NSE-α,lL-6 and TNF-α in the stuwlygroup were lower than those belore treatment.The level was significantly lower than that in the contrml group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and alteplase in the treatment of acute cerehral infarction can effectively improve the elinical efficacy,improve the neurological function,improve the quality of life and reluce the level of serum inflamma.
