摘要
文章设计了一种定形相变蓄热装置,该装置以可压缩成形的石墨/赤藻糖醇复合相变材料为蓄热介质,相变温度为118.71℃。测试了材料的热物性参数,并输入到建立的对流传热能量方程中;通过实验验证模型的准确性,将数值模拟结果与实验结果误差控制在2%以内;利用数值模拟结果,分析了不同进口流量和不同进口温度工况下的放热性能,计算了装置的循环热效率和放热[火用]效率。结果表明:增大进口流量,放热时间减少,循环热效率、[火用]效率下降;增加进口温度,放热时间变化较小,进出口温差减小,循环热效率和[火用]效率增长趋势下降。
A shaped phase change heat storage device is designed.The device uses a compressible graphite/erythritol composite phase change material as the heat storage medium.The phase change temperature is 118.71℃.The physical parameters of the tested materials were input into the established numerical model.The accuracy of the model was verified by experiment,and the error between the numerical simulation results and the experimental results was controlled within 2%.Based on numerical simulation results,the heat release performance under different inlet flow rates and different inlet temperature conditions was analyzed,and the cycle thermal efficiency and radon efficiency of the device were calculated.The results show that with the increase of the inlet flow rate,the heat release time decreases,and the cycle thermal efficiency and radon efficiency decrease;with the increase of the inlet temperature,the heat release time changes less,the inlet and outlet temperature difference decreases,and the increase in cycle thermal efficiency and radon efficiency decreases.
