摘要 经典关键链项目监控研究假设,项目每时每刻都处于被监控状态,即项目的进展情况可以被持续获取。然而在实际的项目管理中,这几乎是不可能,持续的监控会浪费大量的人力时间成本,也是不必要的。基于此,对项目的活动风险和所处阶段风险进行了度量,并综合考虑度量结果,将项目按照里程碑事件划分阶段并分别设置监控周期,在有限的监控频次下实现较好的监控效果。MATLAB仿真结果显示,与对比方法相比,所提方法缩短了实际工期,减少了项目成本和缓冲消耗。 The classic critical chain project monitoring research assumes that the project is under monitoring at all times.The progress of the project can be continuously obtained.However,in the actual project management,it is almost impossible,and continuous monitoring wastes a lot of labor time cost,which is also unnecessary.Based on this,the activity risk and the stage risk of the project were measured,and the results were comprehensively considered to divide the project into stages according to the milestone events and set the monitoring interval respectively,so as to achieve better monitoring effect under the limited monitoring frequency.MATLAB simulation results show that compared with the comparison method,the proposed method shortens the actual duration,reduces the project cost and buffer consumption.
