摘要
针对维修人员疲劳维修对井下作业车辆设备预防性维护成本增加的问题,分析了人员疲劳强度对车辆设备预防性维护的影响。通过研究建立了考虑人员疲劳强度的井下作业车辆设备维修模型,模型考虑到维修人员上岗时长、维修次数与人员疲劳强度之间的关系,提出了一种新型预防性维护策略,找出合理的维修人员上岗时长、维护周期内设备不完美维修次数和更换时间以实现设备维护成本率最小化。通过案例验证,建立了考虑人员疲劳强度的井下作业车辆设备预防性维护优化方案,并分析讨论了相关参数对优化目标的影响。
A model of underground vehicle maintenance considering the fatigue strength of personnel was established.The model considered the relationship between the maintenance staff′s working hours,the number of maintenance times and human fatigue.A new type of preventive maintenance strategy was proposed to find out the reasonable maintenance personnel′s working hours,the number of imperfect repairs during the maintenance period,and the replacement time to minimize the cost rate of equipment maintenance.Through case verification,a preventive maintenance optimization plan for underground vehicle equipment considering human fatigue strength was established,and the influence of relevant parameters on the optimization goal was analyzed and discussed.
