基于故障风险的医院诊疗设备预防性机会维修策略研究 被引量:9

Research on Preventive OpportunisticMaintenance Strategy forMedical Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment Based on Failure Risk

摘要 针对医院诊疗设备出现故障后损失大、维修费用高、影响病人安全等问题,提出了一种基于故障风险的预防性机会维修策略模型。首先,考虑诊疗设备易受外部环境因素影响发生退化的特点,引入役龄回退因子和故障率递增因子,基于衰退演化规则构建了诊疗设备关键部件的劣化过程模型,并通过引入关键部件故障风险的量化机制,建立部件层预防维修策略。其次,基于机会维修时间窗方法,合并处于机会维修区间的关联部件的维护计划,提出了考虑故障风险的系统层预防性机会维修策略,降低诊疗设备停机维修次数,分摊高昂停机损失,提高可用性。最后,通过算例验证了模型的有效性,结果表明所提维护策略使其在具有较高可靠性的同时,维修的经济性也得到保障。 In view of the problems of great loss,high maintenance cost and affecting patients′safety after medical equipment failure,a preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy based on failure risk was proposed.Firstly,the diagnosis and treatment equipment was susceptible to degeneration by external environmental factors.Therefore,the age reduction factor and failure increasing rate factor were introduced to construct the deterioration process model of key components based on the decay evolution rule.Then the quantification mechanism of fault risk of key components was introduced to establish the preventive maintenance strategy of component layer.Secondly,based on the opportunity maintenance time window method,the maintenance planning of the related parts in the opportunistic maintenance interval was consolidated.And the preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy of the system layer considering the failure risk was established.The strategy reduced the downtime maintenance times of medical diagnosis and treatment equipment,apportioned the high downtime loss,and improved the availability.Finally,the validity of the model was verified by numerical examples.The result shows that the maintenance strategy can both ensure high reliability and maintenance economy.
