某核电站循环水泵叶轮联结螺母裂纹的原因分析

摘要 对某核电站CRF002PO海水循环泵存在裂纹的叶轮与轮毂联结螺母进行相关检测,分析叶轮联结螺母产生裂纹的原因为双相不锈钢在进行固溶化时效热处理时温度控制问题造成大量的σ相从奥氏体-铁素体晶界析出,并向铁素体相生长,占据铁素体的位置,导致铁素体含量降低、材料硬度提高、韧性及耐腐蚀性下降。螺母材料中含有较多的σ相,产生贫Cr区;在服役过程中,受到持续拉应力作用;服役环境存在海水腐蚀性介质,同时具备了应力腐蚀的三个条件(材料、拉应力、腐蚀环境),导致螺母发生应力腐蚀,螺母中含有大量的σ相,显著降低了材料的韧性并且显著弱化晶界,导致材料发生沿晶应力腐蚀开裂。根据原因分析制定了CRF泵的处理方案,以及群厂福斯长泵生产的CRF泵叶轮与轮毂联结螺母的检修策略。
