大采高分层铺网开采工作面设备选型配套及关键技术研究 被引量:2

Research on equipment selection matching and key technology for stratified netting mining work face with large mining height

摘要 针对某些特厚煤层以及可放性差、高瓦斯等不宜进行放顶煤开采的复杂地质条件厚煤层,采用传统的分层铺网开采技术存在铺网效率低以及铺网质量差等问题,通过采用将大采高技术与分层铺网开采技术相结合的方法,一方面通过增加采高使支架后部铺网空间加大,既满足产量要求,提高开采效率,又为铺网工艺的实施提供安全可靠的作业空间;另一方面通过新型高效网材运输系统和铺网系统的研发,大幅提高铺网效率以及铺网质量。大采高分层铺网开采技术的实施,有利于提高煤炭回收率、降低含矸率、提高煤质,使煤炭资源回收率和开采效益最大化。 For the super-thick coal seam and the thick coal seam with complicated geological conditions involving poor caving property and high gas content not suitable for top-caving mining,as well as the low netting efficiency and poor netting quality of traditional stratified netting mining technology,the large mining height technology was combined with the stratified netting mining technology.On one hand,the mining height was enhanced to enlarge the netting space behind the support,which not only made the output satisfy the requirement and the mining efficiency increase,but provided safe and reliable operation space for the implementation of the netting technology;on the other hand,the development of new-type efficient netting material transportation system and netting system greatly enhanced the netting efficiency and the netting quality.The implementation of the large mining height stratified netting mining technology was conducive to improving the coal recovery ratio,reducing the gangue ratio,improving the coal quality,and maximizing the coal recovery ratio and mining benefits.
