摘要
针对传统的输送带跑偏监测技术无法准确监测到输送带跑偏和监测成本较高的问题,设计了一种基于图像处理技术的输送带跑偏监测系统。该系统通过移动式线缆机器人搭载网络监测相机,对输送带的运行状态进行实时图像采集,采用改进典型的区域显著性检测模型进行图像轮廓提取,通过计算输送带边沿与托辊最高点的距离偏差分析输送带的运行状态,对可能出现的输送带跑偏问题进行实时监测和预警。实际应用结果表明,该输送带跑偏监测系统能准确有效地对输送带跑偏问题进行预警,提高了带式输送机的工作效率。
Due to the failure of the traditional conveyance belt deviation monitoring technology in accurately monitoring the belt deviation and the high monitoring cost,a conveyance belt deviation monitoring system was designed based on image processing technology.In the system,the mobile cabled robot carried network monitoring camera to acquire real-time image of the operation state of the belt,and improved typical regional saliency detection model was applied to extract the image profile.Through calculating the deviation of the distance between the edge of the belt and the highest point of the roller,the operation state of the belt was analyzed,and possible belt deviation was real-time monitored and early warned.Actual application results showed the belt deviation monitoring system early warned the belt deviation accurately and effectively as well as enhanced the efficiency of the belt conveyor.
