新型烘干型风扫磨机的研究

Research on new-type drying-wind sweep mill

随着国内外水泥生产线大型化的发展,需要采用大规格带烘干功能的磨机来粉磨煤粉。根据烘干型风扫磨机的粉磨特点,分析了煤粉的烘干研磨机理,研制出了新型烘干型风扫磨机。通过实际应用证明,该新型烘干型风扫磨机对于提高粉磨效率、降低煤粉含水率起了一定的促进作用。

With the development of large-scale cement production line at home and abroad,the large-sized mill with drying function need to grind pulverized coal.According to the grinding features of the drying-wind sweep mill,the drying and grinding mechanism of pulverized coal was analyzed,and new-type drying-wind sweep mill was developed.Actual application showed the new-type drying-wind sweep mill played a promotion role in the improvement of grinding productivity and the reduction of the water content in pulverized coal.
