氯化钠晶体对树脂结合剂磨片抛光性能影响的研究

摘要 为提高树脂磨具的磨抛效果,在树脂结合剂磨具中添加不同含量和粒径的氯化钠(NaCl)晶体,采用热压成型的方法制备树脂结合剂试验条和试验磨片。通过力学性能测试、微观形貌观测和实际磨抛实验,研究NaCl体积分数和粒径对树脂结合剂强度、硬度和磨抛性能的影响。研究表明NaCl的加入可以使树脂磨具在使用过程中产生均匀的气孔,并且这些气孔的大小和数量可控。随着NaCl体积分数和粒径的增大,试样的抗折强度和硬度均降低。其中,当添加的NaCl体积分数为20%时,粒径为125~250μm的试样抗折强度为58.0 MPa,大于粒径为250~900μm的抗折强度(约46.0 MPa)。当添加的NaCl粒径更大时,试样的硬度降低。磨抛试验表明磨具中添加NaCl后,石材的表面磨抛效果明显提高。当粒径为250~500μm、添加体积分数为20%时,磨抛后的石材表面具有最佳效果,光泽度达到85度。 In order to improve the polishing effect of resin bonded tools,the samples and polishing pad with different content and particle sizes of sodium chloride(NaCl)crystals were prepared by hot pressing method.Through mechanical test,morphology analysis and actual grinding test,the effects of volume fraction and grain size of NaCl crystals on strength,hardness and performance of the resin bond were studied.The results show that the addition of NaCl can make the resin grinding tools produce uniform pores in the using process which size and quantity can be controlled.The bending strength and hardness of the sample decreases with increasing proportion and size of NaCl crystals.When the volume fraction of NaCl is 20%,the bending strength of the sample with particle size of 125~250μm is 58.0MPa,which is greater than that of 250~900μm(about 46.0MPa),and the hardness of the sample decreases with the increase of the NaCl particle size.It is also found that the surface polishing effect of granite can be improved when adding NaCl,which particle size is 250~500μm and the volume fraction is 20%,the surface roughness of the granite is the highest reaching 85 degrees.
