Research on the Publishing Management of Academic Periodicals in Higher Learning Institutions

出版是文化事业或产业的核心部分,加强高校学术期刊出版治理是时代发展的需要,是坚定文化自信,推动学术繁荣兴盛的内在逻辑。目前高校学术出版面临诸多现实困扰,主要是舆论导向偏差、学术诚信缺失和成果评价异化等问题。对此,应当从完善高校学术期刊出版治理结构着手增强治理能力,并采取具体对策,从严格舆论导向审核把关、加强期刊学术诚信建设、改进期刊评价工作等方面优化高等学校的学术期刊治理体系,提升学术期刊治理能力。

Publishing is the core part of cultural undertakings or industries.Currently,it is highly desirable to strengthen the publishing management of academic journals in higher learning institutions.It is the need of the development and also the internal logic of strengthening cultural confidence and promoting academic prosperity.Through the necessary survey and analysis,it was found that the academic publishing in higher learning institutions is confronted with many practical problems,including the deviation of public opinion orientation,the lack of academic integrity and the alienation of achievement evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the management structure of academic periodicals publication and enhance the management ability of academic periodicals,and take relevant concrete measures to optimize the management system of academic periodicals and improve the management ability of academic periodicals by strengthening the examination and verification of public opinion guidance,strengthening the construction of academic integrity of periodicals and rebuilding the evaluation mechanism of periodicals.
