目的全科护士作为全科医疗的重要组成部分,影响全科护理服务质量和全科医学的健全发展,深入了解全科护士的研究现况及其发展趋势具有重要意义。本研究通过文献计量学的方法分析全球全科护士的研究现状及研究热点,为进一步补充全科医学领域中全科护士的相关研究以及后续研究提供依据。方法 2021-01-11以"TI=general practice nurse or TI=community nurse or TI=community health nurse"为检索式,检索2011-01-01-2020-12-31 Web of Science核心集数据库中收录的全科护士研究的相关文献。结果共检索出全科护士相关研究1 761篇,文献类型以期刊论文和会议摘要为主,研究方向集中在护理学、公共卫生和健康管理学科。美国发文量最多,其次为澳大利亚,中国排位第7。发文量最多的机构为澳大利亚墨尔本大学,中国发文量最多的为香港中文大学。发文量最多的学者为澳大利亚的Halcomb Elizabeth J,发文量最多的杂志为Journal of Advanced Nursing。结论全球对全科护士的研究热点集中在全科护士参与社区慢病患者的健康管理,如心血管疾病、糖尿病及肾病等,以及全科护士的职业认同感和压力源等。护理学研究领域主要聚焦探讨全科护士的工作定位、职业压力和情绪现状,以及护士在全科医学团队中的挑战和政府在全科护理服务中的作用;我国研究人员关注热点为集中探索全科护士职业倦怠、职业认同感和组织支持的关系,全科护士人体工程学干预与职业健康以及全科护士在香港H1N1流感中发挥的作用。

Objective Under the background of the healthy China strategy,the field of general practice continues to be explored.As an important part of general medicine,general practice nurses can directly affect the quality of general care services and the sound development of general medicine.It is of great significance to deeply understand the research status and development trend of general nurses.To analyze the research status and hotspot of global general practice nurses through bibliometrics,which can further supplement the related research of general practice nurses in the field of general practice,promote the steady development of general practice in China,and provide the basis for the further related research.Methods The related literatures of general practice nurse published before January 11,2021 were systematically searched in the Web of Science core database,with a time limitation of January 1,2011 to December 31,2020.The search terms were"TI=general practice nurse or TI=community nurse or TI=community health nurse".Results A total of 1761 research literatures were retrieved,mainly journal papers and conference summaries,with research topics focus on Nursing,Public Health and Health Care Sciences.The United States was the top contributor,followed by Australia,with China in the seventh place.The largest contributor is the University of Melbourne in Australia,while the largest contributor in China is the Chinese University of Hong Kong.The most prolific scholar was Halcomb Elizabeth J from Australia,and the most prolific journal was the Journal of Advanced Nursing.Conclusions The focus of global research is on the involvement of general practice nurses in the chronic disease management of patients in the community,as well as the professional identity and stress sources of general practice nurses.The field of nursing research focuses on the work orientation,occupational stress and emotional status of general practice nurses.The challenges of nurses in general practice teams and the role of the government in general practice nursing services were also extensively explored.Chinese researchers focus on exploring the relationship between job burnout,professional identity and organizational support of general practice nurses.The ergonomic intervention and occupational health of general practice nurses and the role of general practice nurses in public health emergencies had also been explored slightly,but the depth is not enough,which needs to be further explored by domestic researchers.
