政府数据治理是事关政府管理创新和政府治理现代化建设的重要问题。随着人工智能的发展,运用人工智能加强政府数据治理是当前备受学术界关注的一项重要课题。人工智能在政府领域的深度应用,对传统的政府数据治理方式、数据资产管理、数据质量管控、数据开放共享以及数据安全与隐私保护等提出了新挑战。同时,在人工智能技术的赋能下,政府数据治理呈现出一些新的特征,主要包括数据内容更加丰富、数据处理更加快捷、数据管理更加高效、数据决策更加科学、数据服务更加精准等。基于此,应重点从加强顶层设计、推进依法治数、打破数据壁垒、强化风险防控以及注重技术创新等方面来推进人工智能背景下政府数据治理工作的开展。
