以奥古斯丁“至高法律和至高秩序”的角度,可以拓展关于文学、秩序与法律的思考空间。莫言新作《晚熟的人》,若从爱与律法、道德秩序与法律秩序,以及建立这一秩序的“前三十年”(1949—1979)与“后四十年”(1979—2019)的中国社会的时代背景三个方面看,可以揭示出该作品在文学与法律的关系上的独特价值。在《晚熟的人》中,莫言从道德伦理秩序到社会法律秩序再到灵性精神秩序进行了全方位的深度反思,从这一多重秩序的建立直至完成,他凝练地刻画出了一幅更为立体的全景图。

From the perspective of Augustine’s“supreme law and supreme order”,we can expand our space of thinking about literature,order and law.Mo Yan’s new work,A Late Bloomer,has its own unique value to be revealed in terms of the relationship between literature and law,if viewed from the three aspects of the historical background of Chinese society,love and law,moral order and legal order,and the Chinese social context of“the first thirty years”(1949-1979)and“the latter forty years”(1979—2019)that established this order.In A Late Bloomer,Mo Yan made an all-around reflection from moral and ethical order to social legal order and then to spiritual order.From the establishment of this multiple order to its completion,he succinctly delineates a more three-dimensional panorama.
