Disaster tourism has special implications for protecting and developing disaster heritage and for revitalization of the disaster stricken regions. Based on the quality of life theory, this paper starts from the perspective of asymmetric effect, and categorizes the attributes for resident satisfaction with life quality with the Tetra-class model through a case study on Yingxiu Town of Wenchuan County and Yongchang town of Beichuan County as post-disaster tourism destinations. The conclusions are as follows: the influence patterns of overall resident satisfaction attributes cover four types of Tetra-class model. The attribute performance evaluation of the quality of life provides a targeted improvement strategy for improving the overall satisfaction of residents. The structural model of quality of life satisfaction includes the relationship between quality of life attribute performance and overall satisfaction, and reveals the level of residents’ life needs corresponding to each attribute and the post-disaster policy supply for better life, which can provide a general perspective for the evaluation of quality of life satisfaction in specific contexts.
