摘要
塔山新闸运行过程中出现闸门运行卡顿、启闭缓慢、高水位无法彻底关闭等现象,为保证工程良好运行工况和设计效益正常发挥,通过对塔山新闸闸门异常工况分析与验算,拟定闸门主滚轮、主滚轮轴、制动器及钢丝绳更换方案,因地制宜在排架墙体开设维修孔,形成维修通道,降低施工难度,节约成本,方便检修和后续维护,可在类似工程维修中推广。
During the operation of the new Tashan sluice,there were phenomena such as stalling of the gate operation,slow opening and closing,and inability to completely close under high water level.In order to ensure the good operating conditions and design benefits of the project,the replacement scheme of the main roller,main roller shaft,brake and steel wire rope of the gate was proposed through the analysis and verification of abnormal conditions of the new Tashan gate.In addition,according to local conditions,maintenance holes were set up in the bent wall to form maintenance channels,so as to reduce construction difficulty,save cost,facilitate maintenance and subsequent maintenance,which was worthy to be popularized in the maintenance of similar projects.
