摘要
文章针对加热炉换热器、烧嘴、平移框架等以变型变参数设计的非标设备,进行二维CAD设计时,重复工作量大,效率较低等问题,提出使用参数驱动方式,将设备核心计算数据传递至三维设计软件,根据计算参数来驱动设备三维模型并生成工程图纸。将设计数据与模型参数链接,再通过软件读取参数,建立数据关系,改变和调整设计参数,自动完成设备模型和工程图纸,从而提高设计效率和设计精度,使得加热炉核心设备设计周期缩短40%以上,设计质量提高20%以上。
In the paper,for non-standard equipment designed with variants and variable parameters,such as heating furnace heat exchangers,burners,and translational frames,when performing two-dimensional CAD design,the repetitive workload is large and the efficiency is low.The core calculation data of the equipment is transferred to the 3D design software,and the 3D model of the equipment is driven according to the calculation parameters and engineering drawings are generated.Link the design data with the model parameters,then read the parameters through the software,establish the data relationship,change and adjust the design parameters,and automatically complete the equipment model and engineering drawings,thereby improving the design efficiency and design accuracy,and shortening the design cycle of the core equipment of the heating furnace by more than 40%,the quality is improved by more than 20%.
