非遗资源背景下民族地区乡村文化振兴路径研究——以大理剑川为例 被引量:7

摘要 民族地区拥有丰富的旅游文化资源和良好的文化产业基础,云南省大理白族自治州剑川县是典型的白族聚居县,拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。文章从脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接这一现实问题切入,以剑川乡村文化振兴所面临的主体缺失、内生动力不足、文化衍生品输出困难等问题为例,深入解析非遗资源背景下民族地区乡村文化振兴的实现路径,认为民族地区的文化振兴需要紧紧抓住新时代的发展契机,在传承与保护文化资源的同时更加注重推陈出新,提高文化资源的保护与利用效率,积极打造文化产业,推动产业融合,把文化资源转化为有效的经济效益,并以文化振兴促进民族地区的产业振兴。 The ethnic minority areas have rich tourism and cultural resources and good cultural industry foundation.Jianchuan County is a typical Bai nationality inhabited county with diverse and rich intangible cultural heritage re sources.Starting from the practical problem of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revi talization,and taking the lack of subject and endogenous power and the difficulties in the export of cultural derivatives as examples,the realization path of rural cultural revitalization in ethnic minority areas was analyzed further under the background of intangible cultural resources,believing that the cultural revitalization in ethnic minority areas needs to firmly take the development opportunity of the new era,pay more attention to innovation while inheriting and protecting cultural resources,improve the protection and utilization efficiency of cultural resources,and actively build a cultural industry,promote industrial integration,transform cultural resources into effective economic benefits,and promote industrial revitalization in ethnic minority areas with cultural revitalization.
