中小学校长专业发展的轨迹模型与上升路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 自“教育家办学”这一时代命题诞生后,如何帮助中小学校长朝着教育家型校长发展成为理论研究关注的热点。文章从生涯理论的视角,构建校长专业发展的三维模型,以描绘校长在职业生涯中从事务型校长迈向教育家型校长的上升轨迹。基于当前的研究基础,文章从目标追求、领导风格、思维方式和行为方式四个维度来梳理各层次校长的专业特质,并系统性地探讨其专业成长的路径,分别就岗位适应期、称职期、成熟期、升华期提出了履行职责、持续学习、实践反思、凝练思想、引领未来的发展策略,以期助推一线校长的专业发展。 How to help the principals in the primary and secondary school to develop into educationist principals has become a hot topic in the theoretical research and practice since the time proposition of"educationist running school"was put forward.From the perspective of career theory,a three-dimensional model of the professional de velopment of principals was constructed to describe their ascending trajectory from transactional principals to educationist principals in their career development.Based on the current research,the professional characteristics of principals at all levels are clarified from the four dimensions of goal pursuit,leadership style,thinking mode and behavior mode.The path of their professional growth was systematically explored,and the development strategies of performing duties,continuous learning,practical reflection,refining ideas and leading the future were put forward in terms of post adaptation period,competency period,maturity period and sublimation period respectively,in order to promote the professional development of front-line principals.
