摘要 华北油田山西煤层气逐年保持了稳定的高产气量,自动化系统比较完善,基本上实现了生产参数的全覆盖采集,但是针对于能反映能耗利用率的参数没有直观的监测、管理和分析的手段。以煤层气沁水区块为试点研究对象,选取了能够反映管控单元实际用能水平且与生产过程密切相关的能源绩效参数,增设合理的采集终端,对能源绩效参数纵向与横向对标分析,分析及优化本区块的排采、集输、电力三大系统的工作制度。结合现场实际情况,实现三大系统部分参数的闭环调节控制,极大程度地降低了人工劳动强度,提高了生产效率。整个能源管控系统通过计量级、监测级、分析级、优化级和智能级五个层级,对山西煤层气田生产能源绩效进行监控与管理,推力了山西煤层气智慧气田的建设,为山西煤层气安全、高效生产保驾护航。 The Shanxi coalbed methane of Huabei Oilfield has maintained a stable and high gas pro-duction year by year,and the automation system is relatively complete,basically realizing the full cov-erage acquisition of production parameters,but there is no intuitive monitoring,management and analysis means for the parameters that can reflect the energy consumption utilization rate.In this paper,the coalbed methane Qinshui block is selected as the experimental research object.The energy perfor-mance parameters which can reflect the actual energy consumption level of the control unit and are closely related to the production process are selected.Reasonable acquisition terminals are added,verti-cal and horizontal benchmarking of energy performance parameters are analyzed,and the working sys-tems of the three major systems of drainage&production,gathering&transmission,and power are analyzed and optimized in this block.Combined with the actual situation,the closed-loop adjustment control of some parameters of the three systems is realized,which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the production efficiency.The whole energy management and control system monitors and manages the production energy performance of Shanxi coalbed methane field through five levels:mea-surement,monitoring,analysis,optimization and intelligent,which pushes forward the construction of Shanxi coalbed methane intelligent gas field and ensures the safe and efficient production of Shanxi coalbed methane.
