Bolt Design Selection and Collection Statistics in PDMS 3D Modeling

在工程设计领域,英国AVEVA公司开发的三维设计软件PDMS被大量使用,随着三维设计软件的广泛应用和设计水平的不断提高,设计中的细节问题——螺栓,受到越来越多的关注。为进一步实现精益化三维设计,在PDMS螺栓库的建设及维护方面,针对螺栓建库的关键点,系统性地学习和掌握螺栓的建库过程,充分完善与之相关联的内容,从而在PDMS建模过程中,实现螺栓的智能化选择及应用;在此基础上,应用螺栓汇料工具统计螺栓出料,对螺栓库的完整性及适用性进行验证。围绕螺栓的建库过程,给出螺栓库的内容及螺栓长度的选择过程,对应用PDMS软件实现螺栓的智能化选择具有重要的参考价值。

In the field of engineering design,the 3D design software PDMS developed by the British Aveva Company has been widely used.With the wide application of 3D design software and the contin-uous improvement of the design level,the detailed problem in design bolts has attracted more and more attention.In order to further realize the lean 3D design,in the construction and maintenance of PDMS bolt database,aiming at the key points of bolt database construction,the bolt database building process is systematically studied and mastered,and the related contents are fully improved,so as to realize the intelligent selection and application of bolts in the PDMS modeling process.On this basis,the bolt col-lection tool is used to calculate the bolt discharge,and the integrity and applicability of the bolt library are verified.In this paper,the contents of bolt library and the selection process of bolt length are intro-duced in detail,which has important reference value to realize the intelligent selection of bolts by using PDMS software.
