对开式挡板阻力特性的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Study on Resistance Characteristics of Gas Dampers

摘要 针对燃煤锅炉尾部烟道内对开式挡板的阻力特性和调节能力问题,使用数值模拟技术对挡板阻力特性进行了研究,研究发现挡板开度较小时,挡板调节对阻力的影响较大,挡板调节能力较强;而当挡板开度较大时,挡板调节能力减弱;挡板阻力系数和挡板开度之间存在指数关系;同时发现挡板对数对挡板阻力特性存在影响,而气体流速对挡板阻力特性无影响。 Aiming at the resistance characteristics and adjustment capabilities of the gas damper in the tail flue of a coal-fired boiler,this paper uses numerical simulation technology to study the resistance characteristics of the gas damper.It is found that when the opening of the gas damper is small,the influence of gas damper adjustment on the resistance Larger,the gas damper adjustment ability is stronger;and when the gas damper opening is larger,the gas damper adjustment ability is weakened;there is an exponential relationship between the gas damper resistance coefficient and the gas damper opening.At the same time,it is found that the gas damper logarithm has an effect on the resistance characteristics of the gas damper,while the gas flow rate has no effect on the resistance characteristics of the gas damper.
